Give them a way to express their frustrations, feel their joy, experience their excitement and feel their peace, all through the different types of music. You will be able to see their excitement as you play the music and dance along with them. They may feel a new release and a wonderful way to communicate with you, opening up a new world.
Children with autism are very special, and become very frustrated with their inability to communicate. They have normal thinking processes, but unable to communicate these thoughts into words or to express them in a suitable way.
